Marrakech Airport opens Swissport’s new executive VIP terminal

The new executive VIP terminal at Marrakech airport represents the expansion and continuation of Swissport activity in Morocco.

A subsidiary of Swissport International AG has recently started its activity in a new VIP terminal recently built at Marrakech Menara airport.

The new terminal at the airport was built with the purpose of providing VIP and executive aviation services, providing a solid state-of-the-art infrastructure. These implementations make arrivals, departures and stops extremely convenient and hassle-free for VIP passengers. In addition, this new terminal also includes a building for police and customs, from the National Airport Authority.

The terminal extends over 500 square meters and includes a number of features and facilities, including: space for up to 40 passengers simultaneously; a bar and a media corner; a VIP lounge with a capacity of up to nine guests; a floor dedicated to the crew that can accommodate up to 18 people where they can relax and prepare for flights. The first floor includes a living room with TV, a kitchen with two bedrooms and bathrooms with showers.

Company representatives said they are extremely excited that they can increase the quality of services offered to the North African aviation community. Swissport Executive Aviation manages over 24,000 flights annually to over 90 airports worldwide.
